Recruitment & Selection Policies

For GNM Course :

  • Admission is provided in GNM training for female candidates only
  • Accredited by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi Affiliated by West Bengal University of Health Sciences.
  • Affiliated by West Bengal Nursing Council.
  • Course Duration 3 Years.
  • Age limit - 17 to 35 years, as on 31.12.2021.
  • Academic qualification- 10+2 or its equivalent from any stream with above 40% marks with qualifying marks in English 40%.
  • Annual intake- 40 students.
  • Application is to be made as per online pro-forma floated in this website. All the columns should be filled up properly. No application will be entertained if necessary documents are not furnished or not completed as per pro-forma.
  • The documents to be uploaded online are:
1 ) Passport photo *

4 ) Signature of Candidate to be Uploaded *
  • Filled up application form with relevant testimonials of the candidate shall be placed before Selection Committee Board Members for scrutiny.
  • After Scrutiny if the candidate is found eligible for admission, then selection will be made on Merit Basis i.e. marks obtained in compulsory subjects in HS (10+2) or its equivalent examination with Online counseling.
  • First panel list of selected candidates and second panel list of waiting candidates will be prepared by Selection Committee of the Nursing Institute.
  • The selected candidates will be informed by email, Phone calls & messages. The selected list will be published in website.
  • On admission a medical examination of the candidate will be done by the assigned doctors of the Institute.
  • After Medical Examination if any selected candidates is FOUND UNFIT to join training, her CANDIDATURE will be cancelled, then candidate from waiting panel will be called UPON to fill UP the vacant seat or in case of any selected candidate is not willing to join in training then candidate from waiting panel will called UPON to fill UP the vacant seat.
  • The above policies have been formulated and adopted by Selection Board Committee Members of Anandaloke Institute of Nursing Education.

For B.Sc Nursing :

  • Admission to B.Sc Nursing training for female candidates only,
  • Accredited by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi Affiliated by West Bengal University of Health Sciences.
  • Affiliated by West Bengal Nursing Council.
  • Course Duration 4 Years.
  • Age limit : 17 – 27
  • Annual Intake : 55
  • 10+2 candidates with PCB Subjects must apply online to JENPAUH joint entrance examination Board. See the website of www.wbjeeb.nic.in
  • As per date declared by the West Bengal joint entrance examination board, candidates have to appear in joint (Nursing) entrance examination.
  • As per rank obtained after declaration of the result, candidates will collect their rank card through online.
  • Central Selection Committee will declare for the counseling dates for the passed candidates as per their rank. Candidates must keep online tracing with www.wbuhs.ac.in

Admission for all above mentioned nursing courses are through Central Selection Committee of West Bengal (No Direct Admission). Important Websites :
